Chloe Barrett-Page is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate in Colorado, specializing in somatic (body-based) psychotherapy and EMDR therapy. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Somatic Counseling. Before becoming a psychotherapist, Chloe spent a decade running a private practice as a coach, doula, group facilitator, and craniosacral therapist. She has worked with clients ranging in age from infancy to 98 years old, addressing issues such as relationship distress, life transitions, grief, chronic stress, women’s wellness, and connecting to purpose.
Chloe’s work centers on helping clients build the skills to cultivate fulfilling and honest relationships—with themselves and others. Chloe’s goal is to support clients in getting to the root of what brings them in to cultivate lasting transformation. Her approach is caring and direct, and she works with individuals and couples to shift stuck patterns and experience a life aligned with their true desires.
Inspired by Vienna’s maps for counseling, Chloe emphasizes the importance of exploring clients’ origins stories in order to access new ways of being in relationships. Her approach includes how varied life experiences (familial, cultural, generational) shape our experience of the world. Her sessions are a blend of well-researched tools and spontaneous creativity, tailored to meet clients where they are.
Chloe believes that at our core, we are well and wise. However, life’s complexities can obscure this truth, leaving us feeling stuck, alone, or overwhelmed. With the right support, Chloe believes clients can step more fully into themselves and their lives. They can increase their capacity to be with whatever is occurring, acknowledge the pains of the past, transform through grief, find greater wellbeing, connect with purpose and joy, and experience more satisfying relationships. She finds great joy in supporting clients in their journey to greater authenticity and connection.
