Talia is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through The Co-Active Training Institute and the lead coach on the MindfulMFT team. She has studied under and continues to learn from Vienna’s expertise.

Her extensive training includes somatic therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, emotional and self-regulation strategies, and leadership development. Talia received her master’s degree from New York University, where she studied social work and creative writing. Her first book, The Mother Self, a poetry collection on early motherhood, will be published in May 2025.

As a 300-hour certified yoga teacher, Talia integrates yoga and meditation principles into her coaching approach. She specializes in helping clients reclaim their connection to their inner truth, guiding them to recognize where they may have strayed from their authentic selves. Through reflection, intention, and courage, Talia assists clients in bridging the gap between their external personas and innermost beings, fostering a deeper sense of self-congruence.

Talia’s expertise lies in helping individuals and couples develop greater authenticity and self-awareness, particularly in relational contexts. She works with clients to identify and heal unhelpful patterns stemming from their family of origin, empowering them to break free from repetitive cycles in their relationships and lives. Talia also has extensive training in supporting clients who have experienced grief and loss, whether from the death of a loved one or the loss of a part of themselves. Together, Talia and her clients navigate the often ambiguous and isolating waters of grief.

Talia’s goal is to support clients in restoring a sense of inner and outer wholeness, empowering them to live in alignment with their deepest values. She approaches each client with acceptance and compassion, honoring their current state while fostering their growth into the people they aspire to be. With deep tenderness and safety, Talia challenges clients to expand and express more of who they are.
